How To Find Us

The Asarco Mineral Discovery Center is only 15 miles south of downtown Tucson, Arizona, and just six miles north of Green Valley, Arizona.

By Car:

From
Tucson...

...take Interstate 19 south to Exit 80, Pima Mine Road.  Go west (turn right from the exit ramp) and get into the center-left-turn lane.  Our main entrance gate is only a few hundred feet from the freeway on the south side of Pima Mine Road (on your left).

From
Green Valley...

...go north on Interstate 19 to Exit 80, Pima Mine Road.  After you exit, go left and under the bridge.  Then get into the center-left-turn lane.   Our main entrance gate is only a few hundred feet from the freeway on the south side of Pima Mine Road (on your left).

From
Phoenix...

...take Interstate 10 east to Tucson and watch for the Interstate 19 turnoff heading south to Nogales.  Follow Interstate 19 south to Exit 80, Pima Mine Road.  Go west (turn right from the exit ramp) and get into the center-left-turn lane.  Our main entrance gate is only a few hundred feet from the freeway on the south side of Pima Mine Road (on your left).
